They were very responsive leading up to the job. Their pricing was competitive. We did have a difficult time scheduling/communicating. We had it all set for a time period (a whole week availability) because my tenants were going away. The week came and went and the work was not done and I didn’t hear from them until I reached out several times. The work was finally completed but was done while the tenants were there and we hadn’t planned on that originally. I understand weather plays a factor in installation but just about the whole week had good weather. Other than that, we are pleased. No problems so far with the roof. It has only been a few weeks.
