Sean Green and his team get straight “A’s” for all qualities listed. He was a pleasure to work with; the heavy duty gutters and 50-year-warranteed roof look great; I have already recommended him to a friend in the neighborhood. And we are already planning to ask him for help with additional improvements to our home. Of all the roofers I contacted, Sean was the only one who came right over, climbed up on the roof and took precise measurements before making a detailed proposal. He was extremely patient with all my questions before the work began (I learned a lot!), explained all the options and remained responsive and communicative throughout the process. His crew was professional, friendly and prompt. I appreciated the fact that the supervisor the day the roof went on was willing to inspect and tighten roof vent connections in our attic crawl space, and that he made sure the crew had cleaned up every nail and every scrap of tarpaper on the ground before they left. Sean himself inspected the roof and sent someone over to fix a minor flaw he’d noticed. He pays attention to details and workmanship. And Sean himself put up the gutters, making a couple of alterations to the original installation to make the result more esthetic. They’re perfect. One last plus: As the scope of the project evolved, Sean proved much more flexible and open to new ideas than other contractors I’ve worked with in the past. He’s interesting to talk to. I appreciated that too. The bid from Storm Works was not the lowest we received, but I am glad we paid a little more to get a quality job done by a first-rate professional.
